growth, acquire vision and life skills, build self-sufficiency,
and rise out of poverty.”
Holy Family Lutheran School provides a nurturing environment and
an affordable educational opportunity in neighborhoods traditionally
under-represented in the world of private education. Hope Alive
works to strengthen Chicago’s low-income, minority communities
through programs in the areas of housing, youth development, elder
care,
and technology.
Holy Family Lutheran Church is a safe-haven for residents of the
Cabrini
Green public housing community and home to 300 plus church members.
